The 163 bedrooms include 138 deluxe rooms, 24 junior suites and one expansive Presidential Suite (over 300 square metres), and have all been designed by Martin Brudnizki and his team. This progressive living culture has been described as minimalist deluxe. The hotel considers it important to make guests feel at home. Inviting, and with a view of the inner courtyard's lush gardens, the elegant hotel restaurant, seating around 140, is open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a cultured and refined atmosphere.
The interior architectural style divides the room into several sections, which creates privacy and calm in the eating area. For diners who desire complete privacy, so-called 'private dining rooms' are available as well.
The calm courtyard, with its large trees, is used as a terrace on beautiful summer days and offers the ideal surroundings for events of all kinds.
JFK's Bar and Lounge offers 80 seats and also overlooks the courtyard. The bar has a bright, friendly, open and communicative air. Cosy seating areas invite you to finish the day in style, enjoying a relaxing drink and a fine cigar.
AREA INFORMATION
Frankfurt is renowned for being one of the largest and most influential financial centres in Europe. Villa Kennedy is located on Kennedyallee, enabling quick access to the commercial areas of the city.
The residential part of the city (Sachsenhausen), with its bars and restaurants, is also nearby as are the city's many museums, racecourse and football stadium. Famous historical links to the city include Goethe, Anne Frank and the Zeppelin airship.
With its excellent transport links to Frankfurt Airport, the railway and national roads, the hotel will be convenient for both business and leisure.
Frankfurt's main financial and business districts are only 5 minutes away and can be reached easily within 5 minutes by taxi, bus or tram. The Frankfurt International Fairground is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) can be reached within a 15 minute drive. By car from the North and East (Hamburg, Berlin and Bremen):
- Follow A5 highway in the direction of Frankfurt/Flughafen.
- Leave A5 onto A3 in the direction of Frankfurt Süd.
- Take the Frankfurt Süd exit and follow B44/B43 federal road in the direction of Stadtzentrum. The street becomes Kennedyallee.
- Drive to the Kennedyallee/Stresemannallee junction and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.
By car from the South and South East (Stuttgart and Munich):
- Follow A5 highway in the direction of Frankfurt/Flughafen.
- Leave A5 onto A3 in the direction of Frankfurt Süd.
- Take the Frankfurt Süd exit and follow B44/B43 federal road in the direction of Stadtzentrum. The street becomes Kennedyallee.
- Drive to the Kennedyallee/Stresemannallee junction and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.
By car from west (Cologne, Düsseldorf)
- Follow A3 up to Kreuz Wiesbaden and take A66 in the direction of Frankfurt.
- Follow A66 until Eschborn and take A648 in the direction of Stadtzentrum until Frankfurt West junction.
- Follow A5 highway in the direction of Frankfurt/Flughafen.
- Leave A5 onto A3 in the direction of Frankfurt Süd.
- Take the Frankfurt Süd exit and follow B44/B43 federal road in the direction of Stadtzentrum. The street becomes Kennedyallee.
- Drive to the Kennedyallee/Stresemannallee junction and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.
By local transportation from Frankfurt main train station/Hauptbahnhof:
- Leave the train station through the main entrance and you will see the tram station in front of you.
- Purchase an Einzelfahrt Frankfurt ticket from the RMV machine.
- Take 21 in the direction of Schwanheim/Rheinlandstrasse and leave at the 2nd stop (Stresemannallee/Gartenstrasse).
- Walk down the street and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.
- The journey should take about 8 minutes (excluding waiting time).
By local transportation from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA):
- Follow the signs within the terminal to the local railway station.
- Purchase an Einzelfahrt Frankfurt ticket (with the small airplane sign) from one of the RMV machines. The ticket will cost about EUR 3.30.
- Take the S-Bahn train in the direction of Hauptbahnhof and leave at the main train station.
- Leave the train station through the main entrance and you will see the tram station in front of you.
- Take 21 in the direction of Schwanheim/Rheinlandstrasse and leave at the 2nd stop (Stresemannallee/Gartenstrasse).
- Walk down the street and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.
- The journey should take about 36 minutes (without waiting time).
